Los establecimientos de beneficencia y de instrucción pública de carácter oficial, y las corporaciones y fundaciones creadas por leyes, ordenanzas, acuerdos y decretos de autoridad, de que hablan el inciso 2° del artículo 835 del Código Civil, el artículo 80 de la Ley 153 de 1.887, y el artículo 5° de la Ley 93 de 1.938, son personas jurídicas desde el momento en que se constituyen de conformidad con el acto del Poder Público que las crea.
