Artículo sexto. Los Fiscales especiales dependientes ele la Procuraduría General de la Nación, en los lugares en que los haya, deberán conceptuar sobre la naturaleza y cuantía de la caución de que trata el artículo 6° del Decreto 12 de 1959. El concepto que emita sobre estos dos puntos será obligatorio.
