Control fiscal. El control fiscal de las asociaciones formadas por municipios de un mismo Departamento corresponderá a la Contraloría Departamental, a menos que la Asociación organice su propia Contraloría. Si los municipios pertenecen a valles Departamentos, la Asamblea General de la Asociación establecerá su propio sistema de control fiscal.
