Las personas retiradas forzosamente por incapacidad física o mental podrán volver a ser designadas siempre que acrediten plenamente su completa recuperación, o rehabilitación que no han llegado a edad de retiro forzoso y que reúnen los requisitos propios de la cargo. Las personas retiradas forzosamente por edad, podrán desempeñar notaria en interinidad o por encargo.
