Será libre el uso de las aguas a que se refiere la presente Ley para los acueductos domésticos municipales, siempre que los Municipios atrás citados costeen las respectivas obras y siempre que el agua que capten se limite a lo estrictamente necesario para cada localidad, procediendo en cada caso, de acuerdo con el Gobierno Nacional.
