La acción disciplinaria. por faltas al Código Deontológico y reglamentación profesional se ejercerá sin perjuicio de la acción penal, civil o contencioso-administrativa a que hubiere lugar o de las acciones adelantadas por la Procuraduría General de la Nación o por otras entidades, por infracción a otros ordenamientos jurídicos.
