Prueba de las calidades. La persona designada Fiscal en propiedad ante la jurisdicción de lo Contencioso Administrativo, deberá acreditar las calidades constitucionales al tomar posesión del cargo. Entre la fecha de la comunicación de la designación y la de la posesión no podrán transcurrir más de treinta (30) días.
