La presente ley tiene por objeto establecer condiciones para garantizar el acceso de los actores de la cadena minera descritos en el artículo 2 de esta norma a productos y servicios financieros ofrecidos por entidades vigiladas por la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia y/o por la Superintendencia de Economía Solidaria.
