Decreto 2331 de 1998 · por el cual se dictan medidas tendientes a resolver la situación de los sectores financiero y cooperativo, aliviar la situación de los deudores por créditos de vivienda y de los ahorradores de las entidades cooperativas en liquidación, mediante la creación de mecanismos institucionales y de financiación y la adopción de disposiciones complementarias.
