Toda persona que tenga en su poder libros, papeles u otros objetos que tengan valor probatorio para la investigación a juicio del investigador, esta obligada a exhibirlos y entregárselos. Si rehusare, incurrirá en las sanciones previstas para quien obstaculice la practica de pruebas, a menos. que fuere de aquellas personas a quienes la ley autoriza para negarse a declarar y los libros, papeles u otros objetos pudieran comprometerlo 0 comprometer a algún pariente suyo dentro del cuarto grado de consanguinidad, segundo de afinidad o primero civil.
