La información de las sanciones y medidas administrativas de incumplimiento declaradas por Fonvivienda antes de la entrada en vigencia del presente capítulo, deberá ser reportada por dicha entidad a la Cámara de Comercio del domicilio del inscrito en el Registro Único de Proponentes que haya sido sancionado, dentro de los tres (3) meses siguientes a la fecha en que reciba la comunicación a que se refiere el parágrafo 2° del artículo 2.1.6.2.2 de este decreto.
