El Gobierno Nacional procederá a nombrar una Comisión de ingenieros que termine los estudios para carretera por la vía de Las Hermosas, que unirá los Municipios de Palmira en el Departamento del Valle del Cauca y el de Chaparral en el Tolima.

Si el resultado de tales estudios fuese satisfactorio técnicamente procederá a llevar a cabo su construcción en el menor término posible.

Parágrafo

Declarase vía nacional la carretera departamental de Cartagena - Turbaco - Arjona, obra que será terminada con el empréstito que se crea por la Presente Ley.
