REVOCACION DE LA SUSPENSION CONDICIONAL. Podrá revocarse la suspensión condicional de la medida de seguridad cuando, oído el concepto del perito, se haga necesaria su continuación. Transcurrido diez (10) años continuos desde la suspensión condicional de una medida de seguridad, el juez declarará su extinción, previo dictamen de perito.
