Art. 12. El Administrador ordenará los pagos de aseo, alumbrado y vigilancia por medio de cheques firmados por él. Los gastos para ser cubiertos deberán ser debidamente comprobados con cuentas por duplicado visadas por los empleados del Ramo conforme al reglamento respectivo.
