º . RECURSO DE REVISION. En caso de que se hubiere presentado demanda de revisión y el expediente original no hubiere llegado a la Corte Suprema de Justicia el actor deberá presentar nueva solicitud. Si el proceso original ya se había recibido en la Corte, se ordenará allegar copia auténtica del auto de proceder y de las sentencias de primera y segunda instancia. Al interesado corresponde presentar copia de la demanda para continuar el trámite.
