Los Inspectores de Sanidad que para el servicio de la Higiene nombran al Poder Ejecutivo o a las autoridades sanitarias, tendrán para el ejercicio de sus funciones las mismas facultades que confieren las leyes, ordenanzas o acuerdos a los Inspectores Municipales de Policía.
