La Nación contribuirá a la celebración del IV Centenario de la Villa de Leiva con la suma de doscientos cincuenta mil pesos ($ 250.000.00), los cuales serán necesariamente incorporados en el Presupuesto de 1967, o en los subsiguientes y el Gobierno queda autorizado para abrir los créditos administrativos necesarios, llevando a cabo los traslados o créditos a que haya lugar a fin de que dentro del año últimamente citado reciba la Junta del IV Centenario de la Villa de Leiva el mencionado aporte.
