Art. 182. Recibidas las contestaciones, ó corrido el plazo fijado y el término de la distancia, el Contador procederá á fenecer la cuenta, absolviendo á los responsables de aquellos cargos que hubieren contestado satisfactoriamente, ó elevando á alcance líquido el importe de los cargos no satisfechos. De este auto de fenecimiento, si no fuere absolutorio, se pasará copia auténtica al Gobernador del respectivo Departamento para que, haciéndola saber al responsable, ó en su caso á los fiadores, herederos ó albaceas, consignen en la Oficina designada en el auto el importe del alcance líquido deducido, si no se apelare.
