Uniformidad y revisión de las condiciones . La Superintendencia Bancaria determinará las condiciones generales de las pólizas correspondientes al seguro regulado en este Decreto, de manera uniforme para todas las compañías de seguros legalmente establecidas que soliciten y obtengan autorización para operarlo. La Superintendencia Bancaria revisará anualmente las condiciones técnicas y financieras de la operación de este seguro.
