Art. 92. Cuando se hiciera el escrutinio de las elecciones de Concejeros municipales antes de formar el registro de que trata el artículo precedente, el Jurado declarará electos Concejeros principales y suplentes a los individuos que con esta calidad hayan obtenido mayor número de votos, y el Presidente comunicará la elección.
