Artículo primero. Los miembros de la Junta Directiva del Instituto Colombiano de Especialización Técnica en el Exterior, ICETEX, percibirán honorarios a razón de ciento cincuenta pesos ($150) moneda corriente, por cada reunión que asistan, sin que las sesiones remuneradas puedan pasar de cuatro (4) al mes.
