El Consejo Nacional de Protección Infantil puede suspender, mediante resolución motivada, adoptada por mayoría de votos, el pago de auxilios provenientes del Tesoro Público a las entidades que no cooperen en la obtención de los fines de la protección del nino.

Tales resoluciónes pueden ser revocadas por el mismos Consejo.
