Presentación. Toda persona a quien se otorgue un título de educación superior deberá adelantar el trámite de registro del mismo ante la respectiva Secretaría de Educación o dependencia que haga sus veces, para lo cual deberá presentar copia auténtica del acta de graduación expedida por el funcionario que determine la institución en sus reglamentos, cuya firma deberá estar certificada por notario. Puede igualmente el interesado presentar el correspondiente diploma, si así lo desea, para que se reproduzca en el mismo la nota de registro de que trata el siguiente artículo.
