º. Para efectos del presente estatuto, se denomina docencia toda actividad de enseñanza formal y no formal, realizada con sujeción a las normas del sistema educativo nacional. La docencia puede ser ejercida por profesionales de la docencia o por quienes, sin serlo, reúnan los requisitos que se establecen en el presente estatuto.
