Sesiones De Trabajo De Los Comités Técnicos Y Jurídicos

Sesiones de trabajo de los comités técnicos y jurídicos. Los comités técnicos y jurídicos contarán con un sector líder designado por la Comisión, el cual deberá diseñar un plan de trabajo con un cronograma de acciones a desarrollar. Las entidades líderes de cada comité podrán convocar a las demás entidades y sectores de Gobierno que consideren pertinentes para desarrollar el plan de trabajo.

Parágrafo

El contenido de las sesiones de los comités técnicos y jurídicos se hará constar en actas, que serán suscritas por el sector líder del respectivo comité.
