°. Este Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su expedición, deroga el artículo 6°. del Decreto número 518 de 1969 (abril 11), y produce efectos fiscales desde el 1°. de diciembre de 1972, para los empleados que estando al servicio de la Superintendencia de Control de Cambios en esa fecha, fueren designados para ocupar cargos en la nueva planta de personal.
