El recurso de reposición a que se refiere el artículo anterior deberá interponerse por escrito dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes a la notificación de la providencia. Para interponerlo no será necesario ni el pago previo ni presentar la liquidación privada para recurrir. Contra la providencia que resuelva la reposición podrá apelarse solo cuando sea superior a diez mil pesos ($ 10.000.00) el valor de las sanciones.
