Modifícase la Secretaría Técnica de la Gerencia de Apoyo para la Solución a la Problemática del departamento del Cauca prevista en el artículo 5º del Decreto 2157 de 2002, la cual quedará a cargo de la Dirección de Etnias del Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia y tendrá las funciones señaladas en el citado artículo.
