La tarifa de los impuestos sobre las asignaciones por causa de muerte o donaciones que correspondan a los hijos adoptivos será la misma que la de los hijos legítimos del causante o donante. La tarifa de los impuestos que por la misma clase de asignaciones corresponda al padre o a la madre adoptantes será la misma que la de los padres de sangre.
