Asignación de los recursos. Los recursos de que trata el parágrafo transitorio del artículo 24 de la Ley 1607 de 2012, modificado por el artículo 72 de la Ley 1739 de 2014, para el periodo gravable 2015, se asignarán de acuerdo con los siguientes porcentajes:

75% para las Instituciones de Educación Superior Públicas con carácter de universidad.

25% para las Instituciones de Educación Superior Públicas con carácter de colegios mayores, instituciones tecnológicas, instituciones universitarias o escuelas tecnológicas e instituciones técnicas profesionales.
