Art 4° Para ser admitido en clase de alumno, se requiere: 1° Ser Colombiano: 2° Haber cumplido catorce años, i no pasar de veinte: 3° Saber leer i escribir correctamente: i 4° Poseer nociones elementales de aritmética Aljebra i Jeometria. La suficiencia en estas materias se comprobará en un examen practicado por los profesores del establecimiento.
