Art. 107. El Consejo de Estado, como Comisión encargada de redactar Códigos y leyes, se dividirá en tres sesiones a saber:

De Legislación civil;

De Legislación penal y Organización judicial; y

De Hacienda, Comercio é Instrucción Pública.

Cuando se haga la clasificación de materias de legislación, según el artículo 89, el Consejo podrá variar el número de secciones y distribuir entre ellas dichas materias como lo juzgue conveniente.
