En firme la lista de elegibles, se proveerá el empleo con los candidatos que figuren en la misma en estricto orden de méritos. Si el seleccionado no aceptare o no tomare posesión del empleo en los términos de ley, se reordenará la lista de elegibles con quienes sigan en orden descendente en la calificación del concurso y se volverá a realizar la designación.
