Los Oficiales de las Fuerzas Militares, para poder ser designados como Agregados Militares, necesitan ser diplomados en Estado Mayor.

Parágrafo

Los Oficiales Adjuntos Militares, serán Auxiliares de los Agregados Militares, y para su designación necesitan haber hecho y aprobado el curso de capacitación para el grado de Mayor o su equivalente en la Armada.
