En caso contrario, tales partidas se incluir n en los Presupuestos de las vigencias próximas, en forma que se asegure el cumplimiento de esta Ley.

Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para hacer los traslados necesarios en los Presupuestos de las vigencias próximas, con el mismo fin dicho.
