º La Tesorería de la Administración General de Correos abrirá en sus libros la cuenta de Portes oficiales para el exterior , para imputar a ella el valor de las especies postales que hayan sido suministradas para la correspondencia oficial, a la cual se llevarán también las cantidades que hasta la fecha del presente Decreto estén confundidas con las partidas que no correspondan a la naturaleza del servicio.
