DOTACIÓN ANUAL DE VESTUARIO Y EQUIPO. El Ministerio de Defensa Nacional fijará anualmente la dotación de vestuario y equipo a que tienen derecho los Oficiales y Suboficiales en servicio activo. Esta partida es acumulable de un (1) año para otro pero no es reconocible en dinero. El derecho a hacer uso de ella se pierde a Partir de la fecha de la disposición que cause el retiro del servicio activo o la separación del Oficial o Suboficial.
