El Ministerio de Obras Públicas, de acuerdo con el Gobernador del Norte de Santander, procederá a contratar la reconstrucción de la histórica capilla en que se reunió el referido Congreso, y la construcción de un puente sobre el río Zulia, que úna el Corregimiento de San Faustino con el de San José, en el punto que señale la Junta de que habla el artículo 4.º de esta Ley.

Destínase la suma de diez mil pesos ($ 10,000) para la obra de la iglesia del Rosario de Cúcuta.
