Vigencia. La Habilitación y Permiso de Operación y la autorización especial de operación, tendrán vigencia indefinida, mientras la empresa mantenga las condiciones inicialmente exigidas para su otorgamiento.

Parágrafo

La habilitación y permiso de operación y la autorización especial son intransferibles a cualquier título. En consecuencia, los beneficiarios de la misma no podrán celebrar o ejecutar acto alguno que de cualquier manera, implique que la actividad transportadora se desarrolle por persona diferente a la que inicialmente le fue concedida, salvo los derechos sucesorales.
