Sanción a los compradores. Quien compre artículos pirotécnicos o fuegos artificiales en lugar, fecha u horario distintos a los autorizados por las alcaldías municipales o distritales, se hará acreedor a sanción civil consistente en la ejecución de tareas para la prevención y atención de emergencias que beneficien a la comunidad y al decomiso del producto.
