El Gobierno nacional definirá el esquema general de seguimiento y evaluación a la ejecución de los PDET, de acuerdo con las disposiciones vigentes en la materia y lo establecido en el Acuerdo Final. Dicho esquema tendrá en cuenta las particularidades de los territorios.
