Art. 30. Al funcionario o empleado público que tocándole, en su carácter de Agente del Gobierno nacional, en cumplimiento de alguna o algunas disposiciones de esta Ley, sea moroso o negligente en su desempeño, será juzgado y castigado conforme a las leyes, por falta de cumplimiento a sus deberes.
