Decreto 929 de 1959 · Por el cual se distribuye el aporte de la Nación para los Restaurantes Escolares que funcionan en los departamentos, Bogotá D.E, y Territorios Escolares

Artículo segundo. Las partidas señaladas para los Territorios Escolares en el artículo anterior, serán distribuidas proporcionalmente por los Jefes de Misión, entre todas las Escuelas Misionales, Comisariales, Intendenciales o Departamentales que funcionen en sus respectivos territorios, excepto las relativas a río Atrato, río San Juan, río San Jorge, Urabá y Valledupar, que se invertirán exclusivamente en las Escuelas Misionales.

Parágrafo

Los aportes para La Guajira y el Meta los repartirán los Intendentes entre todas las escuelas Primarias Intendenciales y Misionales de su jurisdicción correspondiente.
