º. El artículo 2.6.3.4.2.1 del Decreto 1068 de 2015 - Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Hacienda y Crédito Público, quedará así: Artículo 2.6.3.4.2.1. Adopción de medidas correctivas . La medida correctiva, por su naturaleza cautelar, se podrá adoptar de manera simultánea a la iniciación y comunicación del procedimiento respectivo. La medida se surtirá mediante la publicación del acto administrativo en la página web del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, y se entenderá surtida en la fecha de publicación.
