Los aportes a que se refiere el artículo anterior, se señalarán para cada Notario teniendo en cuenta el número de escrituras otorgadas por cada uno de ellos en el año inmediatamente anterior. Realizada esta clasificación, el Notario pagará la tarifa que le corresponde sobre las escrituras que otorgue mes por mes. Si hubiere cambio de Notario durante el respectivo año, el nuevo titular pagará los aportes correspondientes en los términos del presente artículo.
