Si el culpado comete el delito previsto en elArtículo 332, con un hijo no inscrito todavía en el registro del estado civil o en los libros parroquiales, en los primeros cinco días después de nacido, para salvar su propio honor o el de su mujer, su madre, su descendiente, hija adoptiva o hermana, y con tal que el hecho no se lleve a cabo en paraje solitario, la pena se disminuirá de una sexta a una tercera parte y la reclusión se sustituirá con prisión.
