ARTICULO 2o . Adiciónase el artículo 7º del Decreto 2666 de 1984 con el siguiente

Parágrafo

Para los efectos previstos en los artículos 28 y 29 del Decreto 2444 de 1990, los derechos antidumping o compensatorios definitivos se podrán cobrar sobre productos que se hayan despachado para consumo noventa (90) días antes de la fecha de la providencia que haya ordenado el pago de estos derechos.
