Salvo que en la ley o en los estatutos se fijare un quórum decisorio superior, las reformas estatutarias las aprobará la asamblea mediante el voto favorable de un número plural de accionistas que represente cuando menos el setenta por ciento de las acciones representadas en la reunión.
