Art 8°. Al fin de cada año económico se formará la cuenta general de los ingresos, i la suma total que resultare, tanto en dinero como en deudas líquidas, se destinará por el Poder Ejecutivo a la amortización de los vales de la deuda creada por la presente lei, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 6°
