º. Centralízanse en el Ministerio de Guerra, todos los trabajos relacionados con la construcción y reparación de edificios para cuarteles y otros servicios del Ejército. En consecuencia, todo lo referente a construcción y reparación de cuarteles estará a cargo de Juntas Directivas creadas con tal fin. Los documentos que se relacionen con este asunto, reposarán en el Departamento número 4 (Comisaría General de Guerra) del Ministerio de Guerra.
